I was so prepared for this to be nasty, and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I had the strawberry and sea salt twist, with a toasted marshmallow added to the top. The marshmallow was also toasted and placed into my cone on a pocky stick, so the whole thing was edible!
I honestly don't know how to describe the sea salt flavor, which probably makes this a pretty useless review, but all I can say is that it adds a good complement to the strawberry and doesn't taste like what you're probably picturing. -

The sister and I wanted to try this place because we have one in Houston and wanted to try where it all started and see if there was a big difference in flavor. We got the SEA SALT and it wasn't too bad. It wasn't very salty like the one in Houston. It was a creamier texture with a salt and sweet flavor. It wasn't overwhelming sweet and the balance between the saltiness and sweetness was good. The price of one cone was way cheaper than back home so it was worth what we paid.
Overall, the flavor was okay, but it was nothing amazing. It was good to try, but not something I would come back to. -

Not sure I'd recommend or come back given the abundance of incredible (and beautiful!) desserts in Sydney, but the ice cream made for a nice photo at least.
Food:
A lot of the reviews here rave about the sea salt flavor, but I didn't enjoy it that much--it wasn't as sweet as I was expecting, and tasted a bit like salted tofu soft serve. The tiramisu flavor didn't come out to me at all.
Price:
The toppings were pretty overpriced. I probably could have gotten a larger portion for the same price elsewhere.
Service:
The people behind the counter seemed tired. :(
Ambiance:
More of a grab-and-go place than a sit-down establishment; it's a super small store in Regent Place with ~3 tables. -

Recommended by a local friend. Their sea salt soft serve is good. Not to sweet, nor too salty.. well balanced.

Super cute dessert - great food for the eyes. Unfortunately, the soft serve tasted really artificial and just weird.
I ordered a Sea Salt and Rose soft serve, which was a beautiful pastel blue and rose swirl on a black cone. The color combination definitely made it Instagram-worthy. But the flavors were really off. The sea salt did taste somewhat like sea salt, but it also had a weird taste that I can't really put my finger on it. The rose was completely off - the strong artificial flavoring made it taste less sweet in a not-so-good way... I had to eat both flavors at the same time to cover up the taste of this Rose.
My sister got a Sea Salt and Matcha soft serve. Both had bolder colors, which looked pretty cool. I don't know if they made the sea salt bluer on purpose or if they're just inconsistent.
tl;dr I would come here for the pictures but don't have high expectations.
